in High Tensile and Stainless Steel material in
different sizes for Primary Piping Project of
NPCIL at TARAPUR, KAIGA, KOTA ATOMIC POWER PROJECT.
- MEGA
has supplied more than 10,000 S.S. (B8M graded)
Studs & Nuts with IGC test to Sempell Valves
for BHABA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTRE, TROMBAY, MUMBAI.
- MEGA
has supplied M100 x 5500 mm long Hanger Rods with
Rod Coupler, Nuts and Washers in ASTM A320 Gr.
L43 material with UT, MPI, Impact and Lateral
Expansion tests to Primary Piping Project of NPCIL,
TARAPUR ATOMIC POWER STATION.
Oil
& Gas Application:
- MEGA
has supplied more than 60,000 fasteners with Zinc Plated and Hot Dip Galvanized to CAIRN ENERGY
PTY for their Lakshmi Oilfield project at Hazira
under TUV inspection.
- MEGA has produced
fasteners for BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED.
- MEGA has
supplied fasteners to various LPG projects of M/s.
HPCL, IOCL through Contractors.
Petrochemical/Chemical & Fertilizer Application:
- MEGA has supplied fasteners in thousands to various
companies like Reliance Industries, Finolex, Tata
Chemicals and IFFCO, Sanjana Cryogenic, Zuari
Agro, Mangalore Refinery, etc. for their different
applications.
Hot
Oil Application:
- MEGA
has supplied more than 50,000 fasteners to Garden
Silk Mills for Hot Oil application under CHEMTEX
inspection within a record time of 20 working
days.
Cement
Industry:
- Mega has supplied
more than 10,000 fasteners to ACC Cements and their
various Contractors.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs)/Contractors:
- MEGA has supplied
very critical Foundation Bolts to L&T, Hazira
for their IFFCO Project.

has supplied 3” UN8 special types of bolts
in B7 material with various operations like Milling
and Drilling other than threading with Impact
test, HOT TENSILE TEST and MPI under BVIS inspection
to L&T, Pawai.

A193 Gr. B7 material for Plated Heat Exchangers
to Dover India Ltd.

has supplied M39 x 3000 mm long Stud for Plated
Heat Exchangers in B7 material to West Falia Separators
and ALFA LAVAL .

& Pumps Industry:
- MEGA has supplied
more than 1,00,000 Studs in ASTM A320 Gr. L7M material
to Ghatge Patil Industries.

has supplied bulk quantities of fasteners to KSB
